We Are Hiring Personnel Specialist for one of Reputable Company in the Food & Beverage Industry
Job Description:
- Oversee the proper archiving and updating of HR documents, ensuring they are well-organized and accessible. Ensure compliance with both internal and external audit standards while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of HR shared services processes, recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring full compliance with company policies. Oversee the management of medical, life insurance, and other employee programs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in personnel management.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and relevant labor laws.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, especially Oracle, is essential.
